How to Get 3 dozen Monster Networkers into your Down-line in 30 days!

by admin on November 23, 2009

There are many differences between Network Marketing and traditional jobs. For example, some people like the stability of a job, while others prefer the unlimited earning potential of Network Marketing. I could easily list ten more differences, off of the top of my head, which are better off remaining differences. They are the reasons we choose one type of work over the other. However, there is one major difference in most Network Marketing training that would be much better off if it followed the methods of a traditional job.

“What could that possibly be?” you might ask. It is the main criteria in the hiring process. What do most employers look for when hiring new employees? Experience. And what do most Network Marketers look for when recruiting new representatives? Friends, family members, and acquaintances. Why? Because there is trust and rapport established already, and as a result it is much easier to get them to sign up as a new distributor. But the fact that these prospects often have absolutely no experience as business owners, or as networkers, accounts for the atrociously high attrition rate in MLM. Most of them will quit before they have even done any work at all.

This would not be the case if experience were a prerequisite for Independent Distributors. Your business would be growing faster than you could possibly imagine. Dozens of new distributors would be signing up each month, and they would all be working hard to build your residual income for you.

So how do you recruit prospects with experience into my down-line? One great place to find them is in online forums. These are sites where many experienced entrepreneurs hang out. They frequent these sites to learn, to network, and to become better business builders. That is the type of reps you want in your down-line. Many of them have their own businesses, which they are building, but they are very often open to new opportunities. You don’t usually have to explain to people on a home-business forum, for example, that MLM is not a pyramid scheme. They already know it is a solid business model.

But forums are not a place where you can blatantly advertise your business. Sales pitches will make you look like an amateur, and could violate the policies of the forum and actually get your account deactivated. Learning the tact, etiquette, and networking skills that can help you get experienced networker on forums to join your business fine points that need to be learned. But luckily, they can be learned very quickly. You could easily have dozens of experienced business-builders coming to you every week for information about your business-opportunity if you learn how to do this right.
